Mindful Moods & How To Change Limiting Programmes Our mood affects us in every moment of our waking lives. When we learn to become mindful of our moods we open ourselves up to an awareness of ways we can change the course of our thinking. We look at old limiting beliefs and how they are running the programmes of our life. We look at ways of changing these programme to ones that best suits what we actually want from life.
We can mindfully change our thoughts of “Not Being Good Enough” to “Yes I Can Do This”. The first step of finding these limiting beliefs is often the hardest but, when we do find them we can break through our own self made inner glass ceilings and start getting the results we want.
At this workshop we will learn ways to access the subconscious where are beliefs are stored and use essential oils and meditation to help raise our vibration.
We will also create a personalised essential oil blend which is suited to our specific energy requirements and aligned with what we want to achieve. We use different types of essential oils to invoke and support different states such as support with being alert, support with grounding and feeling balanced, support for anxious feelings etc.
